Free initial consultations are offered to pre-qualified clients. Once additional sessions are booked, 24-hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise full payment is due. Sessions are rescheduled in case of technology failure preventing the meeting or illness (even without 24-hour notice). Accidental overpayment of fees are credited forward to future sessions. No refunds are available after sessions have occurred.
